Dental implants are used for the replacement of missing teeth with intraosseous implants constructed from titanium, which can support a prosthetic restoration.
The placement of the implant is done with individualized splints produced by a special implant planing computer software that helps the clinician to place the implant in the right exact place without any soft tissue incision.
In cases where there is not enough bone in the placement area, advanced methods of regeneration techniques are used with bone grafts and growth factors. These techniques are extremely reliable and effective.
The healing period varies from 2 to 3 months. During this period, we can place provisional restorations with the placement of the final restoration following at the end of the healing period.
