Endodontic therapy – Minimal invasive restorations
Endodontics deal with the diagnosis and therapy of pulp diseases.
When a tooth has an irreversible damage on the nerve, the root canal treatment (endodontic therapy) is necessary.
In order for the endodontic therapy to be successful, the root canals must be cleaned and disinfected with specific antiseptic materials and widened before they will be sealed with blockage materials.
To achieve this objective, X-ray examination is necessary, so we have information not only for the anatomy of the tooth, but also for the extent of the damage.
Minimally invasive reconstructive dentistry deals with the prevention and the therapy of dental lesions that are congenital or acquired in time with main aim to preserve as much healthy dental substance as possible.
The reconstructive techniques we use have materials that are nontoxic, biocompatible (resin, ceramics) and with high aesthetic value.
